Its styling, with its marked sheer and understated, conventional coachroof lines, recalls the classic Tartans of yore. Beneath the surface, the infused-epoxy-laminate hull speaks of a boat that’s thoroughly up to date in terms of technology. A carbon-fiber mast is standard kit, along with the Tartan carbon “Pocket Boom” that contains the main, and a self-tacking jib to make shorthanded sailing a breeze.

Belowdecks, Tartan offers a choice of a two- or three-cabin layout. Angled bulkheads create visually interesting surroundings while co-opting available space into the best and maximum use. As we’ve come to expect, cherry joinerwork sets the tone and the atmosphere, and a high standard for the company’s competitors to meet.
www.tartanyachts.com

Tartan 4300 Specs

LOA: 43′ 1″
LWL: 37′ 10″
Beam: 13′ 7″
Draft: 8′ 3″/5′ 10″
Sail Area: 994
Displacement: 21,800
Water: 120 gal
Fuel:60 gal
Engine: Volvo 55 hp
Designer: Tim Jackett
Tartan Yachts
440-357-3111
www.tartanyachts.com

"post_right_rail_ad_1":true,"post_right_rail_ad_2":true,"post_right_rail_ad_3":false,"post_right_rail_ad_4":false
[167
299,297,298,408,229,393,227,195,928
